Job Responsibilities
The incumbent will report to the ‘Manager, Project’. He will be primarily responsible to –
Oversee the development works such as Civil, Plumbing, wooden, electrical, etc for retail supermarkets.
Completing the project with the highest quality & spending minimum cost.
Visit the source market, and prepare an estimation of raw materials/ equipment depending on the project design and demand.
Understanding of Structural & Architectural drawings, Preparing layouts of the plan, and processing the approved drawing on Auto CAD.
Check & verify the final bill submitted by the contractor after the completion of the work.
Maintenance of all sorts of civil works to the existing Outlets, Central Warehouse and Corporate Office.
Exploring the relevant market at regular intervals to stay up-to-date with the market price for construction and interior materials.
Any other tasks assigned by the supervisor.

Experience Requirements
3 to 5 year(s)

Additional Requirements
Age 25 to 35 years
3 to 5 years of working experience in the relevant field.
Proven working experience in civil engineering
Excellent knowledge of design and visualizations software such as Auto CAD/ Civil 3D/ similar
Proficiency in site layout, grading, utility design, erosion control, regulatory approvals, etc.
Project management and supervision skills
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
