Senior Executive -Talent Acquisition – Akij Group

Job Responsibilities
Direct organization’s recruitment activities in order to ensure the best candidates are selected and the recruitment process is conducted efficiently, cost-effectively and in accordance with the organization’s policies and standards. These activities may include advertising; interviewing, testing, ranking and selecting candidates; checking references; negotiating employment offers; relocation; orientation/induction, introductory training and liaise with factory managers to implement recruitment strategies
Evaluate external labor market conditions and internal employee turnover trends in order to recommend changes to the organization’s recruitment, reward strategies and adapt existing recruitment activities for changing market conditions.
Select, and manage ongoing relationships with, external recruitment agencies to ensure the
organization receives services with satisfactory standards.
Ensure the organization’s recruitment strategy is implemented effectively with established budgets and the organization complies with all relevant regulations, laws and employment standards.
Develop a pool of qualified candidates for different positions in advance.
Ensure employer branding & recruitment marketing.
Assist to develop & implement human resources policies and procedures.

Educational Requirements
MBA major in HRM from any reputed public university and postgraduate diploma in HRM will be given preference.
Experience Requirements
3 to 4 year(s)

Additional Requirements
Age at most 35 years
Candidate must have at least 3-4 years of working experience in any multi-national company or any well reputed organization in similar job role.
Willingness to understand the duties and competencies of different roles
Strong analytical ability, interpersonal relationship, written & verbally communication and people management skill.
Well-organized & strategic thinker
The mentality of working with the team.
Leadership & problem-solving skills
Advance knowledge in MS office suite.
