Job Responsibilities
Lead and deal with the Buyers independently for all the merchandising activities including product development, instant price quotation, negotiation and sourcing.
Arrange all kinds of yarns, fabrics & accessories both from local and foreign sources as required for sampling and production by leading a development team effectively.
Keep liaison with Buyer for all the merchandising activities like order booking, processing, order follow up & product development.
Play leading role in long-term planning, including an initiative geared toward operational excellence.
Work closely and leading a team with in house European designers to meet Buyer’s needs.
Have to lead a development team of Merchandising and execute the taken order very professionally.

Educational Requirements
B.Sc in Textile Engineering / MBA in Apparel Merchandising from any reputed University/Institutions.
Masters in any discipline from reputed University.
Experience Requirements
At least 8 year(s)

Age 32 to 40 years

Have conversant to dealing any foreign buyers and managing them competently.
Should have sound knowledge on oven products and its product development.
Should have proven leadership and coordination skills.
Should be self-motivated, sincere and have excellent negotiation skills.
Should be fluent in English correspondences both in written & oral forms and well conversant with computer applications.
