Job Responsibilities
Site survey, site supervision, site administration.
Look after overall project development/implementation activities.
Preparation of short estimate, budget and BOQ (Bill of Quantities).
Supervising repairing and maintenance work where necessary.
Ensure safety, security and cleanliness.
Must have adequate knowledge about Bangladesh National Building Code (BNBC).
Coordinate with “Purchase Committee”.
Any other tasks as assigned by the Management from time to time

Educational Requirements
B.Sc/Diploma in Civil Engineering in any reputed public/private University.
Skills Required: Minimum 05 Years (B.Sc)08 Years (Diploma) experience in relevant fiel

Additional Requirements
Age at most 35 years
Age relaxed in case of experience candidates.
Computer Skill about MS-Office & Auto Cad (08 years).
Well versed in English and Bengali.
