Job Responsibilities
Prepare design and drawing like Architectural, Structural, Plumbing and Electrical system of a project.
Supervise & execute construction of building project including shore pile, basement, super structure, sanitary & plumbing, electrical and total finishing works of the building as per architectural and structural design.
Perform in planning, designing and overseeing construction and maintenance of building structures and facilities.
Manage project independently.
Ensuring HSE issues of construction site and works.
Provide technical support for the inspection, assessment, remediation and rectification of all civil structures and civil pipeline works in particular, the settlement of civil structures and pipeline crossings.
Prepare BOQ, schedule the project in logical steps and prepare budget, time required to meet deadline.
Documentation and periodical reporting and capable of solving all technical and managerial problems at project site.
Coordinating with all the relevant departments to ensure smooth operation.
Interiors & Exteriors related finishing & construction working.
Complete of all the documentation required for the project.
Prepare monthly and yearly budget for the project.
Material requisition and co-ordinate with procurement and issuing MRR.
Resolving the issue related to project implementation with prior approval from management whenever applicable.
Quality control, cost control and time management.
Ensure safety, security and cleanness.

Membership of engineering institution of Bangladesh.
Must have knowledge in AUTO CAD (2D, 3D), 3D Max, E-Taps, Steed Pro.
Proven ability to work under pressure
Ready to work for extended hour.
Pro-active, smart, self-motivated, enthusiastic and career oriented
Good communication and strong presentation skills both in English & Bengali
Capable of working with MS-Office
