Serving as administrative liaison for all positions reporting to the Authority, providing administrative support which includes organization and daily maintenance of office, communication system, filing, correspondence, copying etc.
To maintain incoming telephone calls, assist callers, take messages, provide information, make community referrals and forward outgoing calls.
To do Day-to-day general administration that includes daily attendance, leave, safety, recruitment, Legal & Corporate affairs.
Ensure assigned tasks are completed within specified timeframe
Demonstrates the ability to handle several projects simultaneously
Continually seek ways to improve the service provided via development of professional skills.
To maintain management guidelines by preparing, updating, and recommending human resource policies and procedures.
To maintain human resource records by designing a filing and retrieval system; keeping past and current records.
Contribute & bring success to the growth of business developments of the company
Ensuring all information is recorded, updated and accurate at all times.

Bachelor degree in any discipline
