Ensure proper inventory, cash deposit and financial management of plaza.
Everyday update of Daily Cash book, Stock register, Hire register and Dealer Part ledger & prepare summery report also submit to the head office accounts department.
Ensure FIFO method while delivery of products to the customers from the plaza.
Endure daily basis collection against retail sales, hire sales, dealer sales and corporate sales and report to head office accounts department after deposit to bank.
Prepare sales invoice of retailer, dealer and hire sales.
Ensure reconciliation against all sales & collection.
Submit deposit voucher to the head office accounts department when submit the deposit to the bank.
Develop & initiate marketing activities to increase retail sales & hire sales in respective plaza area.
Ensure proper verification both of hire customer and guarantor & also collect the necessary documents from the customer and guarantor.
Perform any other task assigned by the management.
Master’s degree/bachelor degree of accounts background from any reputed university.
Skills Required: Very good skills in MS Office, Excel, and software related works and Social Communication.
