Regional Sales Manager (Commercial Egg) – Kazi Farms Group – Sylhet

Job Responsibilities
Plan and execute sales of commercial egg within deadline.
Increase sales growth of commercial egg by smooth coordination with customers and distributors.
Coordinate and assist to maximize selling price of commercial egg based on average price of key competitors by volume.
Analyse the trends in market pricing and competitor’s business activity for evaluating competitive selling price of commercial egg.
Prepare territory wise commercial egg sales forecast by analysing market demand.
Ensure regular customer visit and respond to customer complaints by providing satisfactory and timely feedback.
Employment Status

Educational Requirements
Graduation in any discipline; DVM/Animal Husbandry/Agriculture/Agricultural Economics will be preferred
Experience Requirements
At least 6 year(s)

Additional Requirements
Minimum 6 years in sales of Chick/Feed/Poultry/Fertilizer/Pesticide/Animal Health
Have expertise in using Microsoft Office applications
Have good understanding of poultry and agro-based business
Strong communication & negotiation skills
Ability to work under pressure
