Regional Sales Manager – Believe Int. Pvt. Ltd. – Dhaka

Job Responsibilities
Able to Implement appropriate operational sales strategy to achieve the primary & secondary sales target through distribution, productivity, coverage, visibility and merchandising.
Plan, organize, direct and control the respective regional sales staff to meet the progress of sales target achievement.
Analyze sales performance to understand the execution strategies, sales trends, market environment and competitions.
Daily communicate with the respective regional sales force and offer them the coaching, counseling, advice, support, training, motivation or information they need in order to help them meet their sales objectives as well as increase their productivity.
Frequently visit POS and Dealer/Distribution point and solve trade queries and problems. Ensure optimum level of stocks at all times and effectively control distributor’s performance.
Able to design proper territory mapping for respective territory and ensure its proper implementation aligning with the business need.
Monitor and handle distributor functions and appointment of new distributors in uncovered areas.
Analyze monthly target, distributor stock, credit & overdue report & take necessary action based on findings.
Conduct one-on-one review with all Sales team member to provide insight for the improvement of their activity performance.
Compile, analyze, and interpret sales data to provide reports to management on performance.
Any other job assigns by the supervisor or line management time to time.

Educational Requirements
Graduate in any discipline from reputed institute.
BBA major in Marketing is preferable.
Experience Requirements
At least 8 year(s)

Age at most 40 years

At least 03 years proven work experience as Regional Sales Manager in a reputed organization (FMCG).
The applicant should have experience in the following area(s): Distribution Sales, FMCG Sales.
The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): FMCG (Cosmetics).
Proficiency in MS-Office.
Highly experienced candidates will be given to preference.
Candidates will give preference from: Reckitt Benckiser (Bangladesh) PLC, Marico Bangladesh Limited, Unilever Bangladesh Limited, Godrej Bangladesh, Kohinoor Chemical Company LTD, Mousumi Industries Ltd.
