Assistant Manager Training – BSRM Group of Companies – Chattogram

Job Responsibilities
Drive adoption, effectiveness, and compliance of processes, policies and programs pertaining to learning and development.
Support Sub Function Head: CoE in creation of well-designed, strategic programs that meet business needs, working closely with Business.
Identify and drive new strategic initiatives within sub functional area of HR expertise to be implemented across the group.
Assist in Preparation and implement Annual Training Calendar across the group.
Solve complex internal customer queries, acting as a point of escalation in specified areas, and escalate to Sub Function: CoE Learning & Development whenever required.
Identify and analyse training needs for development as per competency framework, succession planning, and talent development program.
Plan, organize, and facilitates employee development and training events.
Develop content, design, and deliver in-house trainings.
Implement training evaluation methods and analyze scores to monitor program effectiveness regularly.
Prepare periodic training reports and maintain records for further actions.
Implement and monitor coaching and mentoring process.
Design and deliver e-learning courses, workshop and other trainings.
Design and expand training and development programmes based on organizational needs.
Develop effective training materials utilizing a variety of media.
Train and coach supervisors and others involved in employee development efforts for alignment with group learning and development policies and SOP.
Conduct follow-up studies of all completed training to evaluate and measure results.
Review & analyze cost of the planned training program and ensure to keep within budget.
Analyse for the Assessment of the ROI of any training programme.
Develop & execute effective induction programmes for new joiners.
Implement effective training feedback system from the managers to track progress of the trainees.

Educational Requirements
Post-Graduation / Graduation in any discipline from any reputed public or private university. PGDHRM/MBA in HRM will be considered as an added advantage.
Skills Required: Excellent communication, Good at typing Bengali English in MS office program, People Management skill, Training Coordination, Training Facilitation, Training need analysis

Experience Requirements
7 to 10 year(s)

Group of Companies, Manufacturing (Light Engineering & Heavy Industry)
