Job Responsibilities
To develop effective investment recovery strategies from default parties
To conduct tour anywhere in country when required for legal issues
To maintain liaison with local administrator and LEA
To prepare legal notices to default parties where necessary
To drafting GD, lodge FIR & complaint where necessary
To assess the defaulter’s specific situation, review relevant documentation, and determine the most appropriate legal course of action to recover company’s risky investment
To Explore alternative dispute resolution methods, such as mediation or arbitration, to expedite debt recovery and reduce legal costs where appropriate
To initiate legal proceedings on behalf of company to recover default investment.
To file lawsuit/s and represent the company in the court to obtain a judgment against the default parties
To resolve debt disputes between company and default party through settlements whenever possible
To engage in discussions with default parties to reach mutually agreeable payment arrangements.
To ensure effective actions that complies with rules and regulations to avoid any legal consequences
To offer strategies to mitigate risks associated with recovery activities.
To maintain detailed records of all communications, legal proceedings, and financial transactions related to recovery process
To Managing team, including provide mentorship, guidance, and support
To complete Any types of works/tasks required by management on behalf of the company

LLB (Hons) or LLM from any reputed university
Skills Required: Corporate and Commercial Law, Labor Law, Legal Affairs

The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Banks, Electronic Equipment/Home Appliances, Group of Companies, Law Firm

Additional Requirements
Age 30 to 40 years

Experience in drafting, negotiating and reviewing legal documents
Analytical thinker with strong conceptual and research skills
Natural leader who displays sound judgment and attention to detail
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Must have good command on office applications (MS word, MS Excel, MS outlook etc.)
