Business Development Manager – Abdul Monem Limited – Dhaka

Job Responsibilities
Set sales targets and define strategy to achieve these targets and to follow the set strategy punctually.
Manage the proposal development process and maintain the time-lines for the proposal teams.
Coordinate with sponsors concerning size, standards, conditions and timing of research.
Develop draft proposals based on team meetings and discussions.
Maintain the Business Development databases.
Support marketing activities, including trade/ scientific shows, mailings, etc.
Be updated on competition, activities provided by CCBL (Coca Cola Bangladesh Limited) and regularly provide feedback on them.
Identify development area of the territory with CCBL (Coca Cola Bangladesh Limited) compliance in Chittagong & Cumilla Division at Abdul Monem Territory.
Identifying and networking with prospective clients, generating business from the existing accounts and achieving profitability and increased sales growth in Chittagong & Cumilla Division.
Building and maintaining healthy business relations with major clients; mapping their requirements and providing quality service.
Following up new business opportunities and setting up meetings.
Communicating new product developments to prospective clients.
Overseeing the development of marketing literature.

Educational Requirements
Master’s degree in any discipline/Bachelor degree in any discipline with good academic result.

Experience Requirements
At least 15 year(s)
The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Beverage, Manufacturing (FMCG)

Additional Requirements
Age at least 40 years

Ability to perform logic driven negotiations with relevant stakeholders.
Strong decision-making capabilities based on the available information.
Proactive problem-solving attitude.
Self-disciplined work ethic and mindset to meet tight deadlines and regular sales target.
Initiate marketing strategies and coordinate actions to influence the market.
Clarify goals and reach agreement maintaining the interests of all parties
Proactively develops and improve products and services
Ability to discuss strategic and sensitive issues
Minimum 15-year(s) experience preferably in Beverage industry. Prior experience in Coca-Cola Business will get more priority.
Leadership quality, Positive attitude, Result oriented, extrovert and computer literate.
