Job Responsibilities
Valuation of raw materials, packing materials, work in progress, and finished goods in the software
Efficiency analysis of raw materials and packing materials based on quantity compared to finished goods
Analyze costs and implement strategies to improve cost efficiency
Develop and implement cost-reduction initiatives
Create and maintain accurate budgets and financial forecasts
Monitor actual results against budget and forecast
Oversee inventory levels to ensure sufficient supply while minimizing waste
Manage inventory accuracy and control
Analyze financial data and provide insightful reports to support decision-making
Analysis of variances in value based on actual versus standard for raw materials, packing materials, and overheads
Collaborate with other departments to ensure accurate financial reporting
Assist with financial planning and analysis
Ensure compliance with financial policies and regulations
Calculation of landed cost (LC costing)
Determination of product cost and pricing
Creation of a master budget that includes sales, raw materials, overheads, and other expenses

Educational Requirements
Masters in Accounting/Finance from a reputed university
Professional qualification in Accounting/Finance will get preference (CA/CMA/ACCA Part Qualified)
Experience Requirements
At least 5 year(s)
Additional Requirements
Good knowledge of IFRS, BSA, import, and export
Good knowledge about cost, budget, and inventory management is a must
Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to interact and build relationships as a team
Strong attention to detail and accuracy, aiming for perfection
Excellent in MS Office (word, excel, outlook) and Google Workspace
Should be proactive and dynamic
The applicants should have experience in accounting, accounting-related software, finance, VAT, audits, banking, budget management, cash flow management, cost and inventory management
The applicant should be tech-savvy and adaptable to software based workflow management
