Manager (Human Resources) – Shodagor Express Limited – Dhaka

Job Responsibilities
Develop and implement HR policies and procedures that align with the organization’s goals and objectives.
Manage all aspects of the recruitment and selection process, including sourcing, interviewing, and hiring of top talent.
Oversee employee relations, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and employee engagement initiatives.
Manage the employee benefits and compensation programs.
Develop and implement training and development programs to enhance employee skills and performance.
Ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements related to HR and administration.
Oversee the maintenance of all employee records, including HRIS data and personnel files.
Develop and manage the HR and administrative budgets.
Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on HR and administrative issues.
Ensure the smooth operation of all administrative functions, including facilities management, IT, and office services.
Office administration
Safety Security
Oversees employee disciplinary meetings, terminations, and investigations.
Maintains compliance with local employment laws and regulations, and recommended best practices; reviews policies and practices to maintain compliance.
Develop and maintain KPI based Performance Management System.
Lead and ensure accuracy of day to day HR Operational activities.( such as salary disbursement and adjustment issues )
Maintains knowledge of trends, best practices, regulatory changes, and new technologies in human resources, talent management, and employment law
Employment Status

Educational Requirements
Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA), Master of Business Administration (MBA)
Relevant certifications will be considered as added advantage.
Experience Requirements
At least 10 year(s)

Additional Requirements
Candidate should have 10 years of experience in relevant sector (logistics and transport and courier business would get preference)
Candidate should have strong leadership, communication, negotiation, interpersonal skills
Candidate should have expertise on Microsoft Office Package
Strong organizational and time Management skills .
