Job Description / Responsibility
Planning, scheduling and maintaining mechanical, electrical and electronic equipments in the industrial unit.
Fitting and installation of all new equipment as per plan.
Training of operators as and when required on new machines on health and safety requirements.
Ensure production and quality at optimum level due to preventive maintenance.
Impose strong administrative control over the staff and the operators on maintenance requirements.
Maintain required MIS.

B. Sc in mechanical/ electrical from a recognized university.

Additional Job Requirements
Age 30 to 38 year(s)
Experience as maintenance manager in a garments accessories factory or manufacturing unit.
Strong technical skill required.
Good trouble shooter.
Should be excellent team leader and also very sharp, smart, polite, with a charming personality, quick decision making ability & with proven track record.
Ability to solve problems and present solutions.
Familiar with the garments accessories i.e. auto carton, poly, labels & printing manufacturing processes,
Energetic, confident and self driven.
The applicant should have at least 1 years experience in the same position.
