Job Responsibilities
Develop and implement the company’s overall strategic plan, setting goals and objectives that drive the company’s growth and expansion
Develop and maintain relationships with stakeholders, partners, investors, and other key players in the industry to create a strong network of contacts and partnerships
Oversee the company’s operations, ensuring that they are efficient, effective, and aligned with the company’s strategic goals and objectives
Manage the company’s finances, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis to ensure profitability and sustainability
Ensure that the company is compliant with all regulatory requirements and ethical standards
Develop and implement policies and procedures that ensure the company is efficient and effective in its operations
Work with the executive team to identify and develop new business opportunities and revenue streams
Foster a culture of innovation, creativity, and excellence within the company, ensuring that we continue to offer cutting-edge solutions to our customers
Lead and manage a team of professionals, providing guidance and mentorship as needed
Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and innovations
Represent the company at public events, conferences, and other forums

Educational Requirements
MBA in Finance with a master’s degree or Bachelor’s degree in EEE, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field in a public or a foreign university.
Experience Requirements
At least 12 year(s)

EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS: At least 12 + years of experience in a senior management position in a technology-based or fintech-based company.
Demonstrated experience in driving business growth and expansion
Experience in managing budgets, finances, and operations
Knowledge of the financial industry and regulatory requirements
Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills
Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
Passion for innovation and technology
Experience in the capital market and/or financial institutes will give advantages for the post.
Strong understanding of financial technology and IT systems
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
