Job Responsibilities
Plan, manage & direct follow-up from RM receiving, production to the delivery of finished goods.
Work closely with production & quality personnel to ensure optimum utilization of capacity, on time delivery with quality.
Monitor operational expenses and research to reduce costs while maintaining product quality.
Developing workflow policies and procedures that improve efficiency without compromising safety and quality.
Analyzing production data to identify and resolve any production issues.
Preparing production reports and submitting them to key decision-makers.
Motivating, supporting and providing guidance to production staff.
Ensuring all safety and health standards are met to keep accident-free.
Communicating regularly with upper management regarding problems or issues impacting production.
Evaluating machine resources to ensure continued production and minimal downtime.
Establishing a balance between increased productivity and reduced costs of manufacturing operations.

Educational Requirements
B.Sc in Textile Engineering/Technology from any reputed university

At least 8 year(s)
