Management Trainee – LEADS Corporation Limited – Dhaka

Job Responsibilities
Understanding how LEADS Group operates (A Big Picture).
Collaborate with Learn from senior management how to develop and implement strategic plans.
Assist with financial analysis and budgeting.
Conduct research and analyze data to support decision-making.
Assist with project management and coordination.
Participate in team meetings and provide input on project progress.
Supporting managers with various tasks (e.g., policy making, goal setting)
Learning to evaluate departments’ performance.
Understand each department’s (e.g., Marketing, Sales) daily processes and goals.
Get familiar with HR, Finance, Planning, Marketing, Sales processes.
Understand company’s strategic planning.
Understand core values of LEADS and how the values are implemented in each organization.
Understand how managers are evaluating performance (e.g. writing reports, analyzing data)
Understand how managers keep track of business revenue.
Research ways to increase profitability and lower risk.
Create and give presentations.
Other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the management to achieve organizational goals.
