Job Responsibilities
Day-to-day management of nursing operations of the Hospital ensuring optimum level of staff availability round the clock;
Support in recruitment and retention of nursing staff;
Budgeting and Management of OT/Ward materials & resources (stores, crash carts, linen etc.);
Ensure patient-centric, safe, and compassionate care in all departments of the Hospital;
Conducting regular hospital rounds and work in close collaboration with other clinical and support departments;
Ensure the highest standard of Nursing through continuous coaching, training & development of team members;
Implement Quality Control processes and Infection control in OTs and Hospital wards;
Perform any other related tasks assigned by Management.

Educational Requirements
B.Sc./ PG in Nursing. Preferably Management qualification.

At least 10 year(s)
