Job Responsibilities
Observe students comfort, happiness, safety, and relationship with peers and assess the satisfaction level of students and parents
Counsel and provide support to students who have serious discipline, emotional, behavioral and learning problems
Keep track of students with chronic disciplinary issues, understand their problems and needs and counsel accordingly
Regularly follow up on students (individual and group cases) who are under counseling
Maintain proper and detailed documentation of individual cases of disciplinary issues or students that are in counseling;
Correspond with parents regularly regarding disciplinary issues, and respond to their queries, complaints and suggestions promptly and in an appropriate manner, through the office of the Head of Section
Conduct professional counseling for students parents as and when necessary and follow up on these cases
Conduct workshops with faculties on students psychological, learning and behavioral issues
Consult with respective faculties on specific behavioral issues of the students
Provide support to faculties to overcome their psychological issues which affect teaching
Work closely with the Head of Section and the Discipline Committees to ensure all disciplinary procedures are followed effectively

Educational Requirements
MSc in Psychology (prefer Education Psychology)
Professional course on student counselling will be given preference

Experience Requirements
1 to 2 year(s)

Additional Requirements
Age 25 to 40 years
Experience in Student Affairs & Events will be given preference.
Active participation in School events.
