Working in a large knit garments industry with M&S buyer in Gazipur & Dhaka.

Job Responsibilities
Maintain development activities and costing;
Follow up production as per approved T & A;
Maintain pre-cost sheet & submit Bill of Material (BOM);
Maintain style-wise data and requirement sheet;
Maintain fabric, accessories booking and in-house on time;
Maintain required Management Information System (MIS).

Educational Requirements
B.Sc in AMT/ GMT from AUST/ BUTex/ BUFT.
Masters/ MBA in Marketing with Diploma in Merchandising will get preference.

Must have experience in Merchandising with M&S buyer.
The incumbent should have at least 3 years work experience with large knit garments.

Strong analytical & leadership ability and work as a strategic thinker.
Positive work ethics and result oriented for assigned responsibilities.
Self-driven to work under pressure and self-motivated to take new initiatives.
Ability to maintain good interpersonal relationships and good team work.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
